We strive to get all orders out within 24 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends). If the part is to be delivered to Scotland, Northern Ireland, ROI, Channel Islands etc, please email before bidding/purchase for a revised delivery quote. At point of sale you MUST provide a contact telephone number. If you know you won’t be in to receive the item, leave an alternative address or let us know when you will be in to receive. Our couriers will not leave it with a neighbour unless instructed by ourselves. Fragile items must be checked within 24 hours of receiving it, or we will not instigate any refunds/replacement.
Payment for item must be made within 7 days of sale or a dispute will be opened. We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card over the phone, postal orders and cheques (which should be made out to 4 Rings Spares Ltd).
If paying by cheque, we cannot release the goods until the funds have fully cleared (5-7 days)
Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged /refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect part number, postage will be charged again for return part to be dispatched. If a part is ordered incorrectly, the item can only be returned for a credit note (6 month validity) within 7 days of invoice date. All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must be reported to us on receipt of goods. Any parts that become surplus to requirements, a re-stocking fee will be charged (plus all postage fees)
